Isoliner insulation sheets (M) — pack of 42 sheets, suitable for 21 complete cooling boxes. Use 2 sheets per box: one pack therefore lines 21 boxes. The sheets (340 × 940 mm) are folded exactly to size for the insulated box (M) 300 × 300 × 300 mm. Please note: the cardboard box itself is not included — order it separately. What is an Isoliner insulation sheet?

An Isoliner insulation sheet is a flat, pre-folded paper insulating liner that you place inside a cardboard box. Once unfolded, the sheet lines the entire inside — base, walls and top — so your product is enclosed on all sides by an insulating layer. As with polystyrene foam, it is the still air in the material that blocks heat transfer.

This gives you an insulation performance comparable to EPS (polystyrene foam/Styrofoam), but made entirely from paper. After use, the sheet can simply go with the waste paper — no separate collection point, no residual waste. The sheet also absorbs shocks and takes up some potential moisture during transport.

How to use the sheets

1. Unfold two sheets and place them in the matching insulated box, so the base and walls are fully lined.
2. Place your product inside and add gel packs for longer cooling — gel packs on top of the product, because cold air sinks.
3. Fold the sheets closed over the contents and seal the box. Pack as tightly as possible: the less empty space, the more stable the temperature.

What is the M size suitable for?

The M is the most popular mid-size option and suits the majority of chilled parcels you want to ship: medium-sized shipments of fresh fish or meat, dairy, meal boxes, chocolate and pharmaceutical products. With the right gel packs, you can keep the contents at the required temperature for up to 48 hours, from chilled (2–8 °C) to frozen — without a refrigerated vehicle.

Isoliner sheets or a pre-formed cooling box?

Choose Isoliner sheets when you want to store compactly and keep your transport volume low: the sheets lie flat and you only add the insulation when packing.
