Packaging for the pharma sector: GDP compliant cold chain

Pharmaceutical distribution demands the highest standard of temperature control. Cooled Solutions supplies validated packaging solutions for 2 to 8°C (refrigerated) and 15 to 25°C (controlled room temperature) transport, including documentation for your QA team.

Tempguard for a strict temperature range

Our Tempguard line combines premium EPS or EPP boxes with PCM packs for specific temperature profiles. Validated for pharma. On request we supply temperature profiles and qualification reports.

PCM packs for 2 to 8°C

Phase change material packs keep a specific temperature stable for 48 to 72 hours. No risk of freezing vaccines or biologicals, an important difference from standard gel packs.

Cooling envelopes for samples and medicines by post

For small 2 to 8 °C shipments, laboratory samples, medicines and clinical materials by post or courier, use cooling envelopes: insulating bubble film envelopes with an aluminium layer and adhesive strip, available from 25×35 to 60×60 cm and suitable for letterbox and parcel post.

Data loggers for compliance

USB data loggers record the temperature continuously during transport for GDP compliance. A PDF report is available automatically through the USB port, with no extra software.
