This foldable thermal box comes in two separate parts: a cardboard box of 300 x 200 x 200 mm and a 4-layer insulated liner, 50 x 30 cm with silver foil. You fill the liner, close it and place it in the box. It is the most compact size in our range, suited to small, temperature-sensitive products that you want to ship chilled without unnecessary packaging volume. Also called a foldable cool box or insulated box.

• Cardboard outer box: 300 x 200 x 200 mm internal size, supplied flat and foldable
• Insulated liner: insulated liner 50 x 30 cm, 4-layer with the opening on the long side, also available separately

What is the 300 x 200 x 200 mm thermal box suitable for?

With a capacity of about 12 litres, this size is meant for small shipments: individual meals, samples, medicines, cosmetics or a single portion of fresh fish or meat. It is popular in e-commerce, food delivery and pharma, where parcels need to stay small and light.

4-layer or 6-layer insulated liner?

The number of layers sets the insulation value. This is the 4-layer version: the standard choice for chilled transport and short to medium transit times. For longer journeys, warm weather or frozen goods, choose a liner with more layers.
