Ready to use: no loose sheets needed

Unlike the cardboard insulated box with loose Isoliner sheets, the Eco Coolbox is a complete, pre-formed box: the insulation is built into the pressed wall itself. Unpack, fill, close, no assembly or loose parts. With an empty weight of only 1.6 kg, you also keep shipping costs low.

The box is made from recycled cardboard, 100% recyclable and completely plastic-free, with an insulating performance that is at least comparable to an EPS box. After use, the box simply goes in with the waste paper.

What is this size suitable for?

At 18.2 litres, this is the versatile standard size for medium-sized shipments: fresh fish, meat, dairy, meal boxes, chocolate and pharmaceutical products. The thick 2.9 cm wall keeps the contents at temperature for a long time; with the right cooling elements you can bridge 24 to 48 hours in transit, from chilled (2 to 8 °C) to frozen, without a refrigerated vehicle.

How to get the best result

1. Fill the box as tightly as possible; less empty space means a more stable temperature.
2. Place gel packs or cooling elements on top of the product, cold air sinks and so cools evenly.
3. Close the box securely for shipping.
