This collapsible insulated box consists of two separate parts: a cardboard box of 300 x 200 x 200 mm and an insulated envelope 50 x 30 cm, 6-layer with silver foil. You fill the envelope, close it and place it in the box. It is the most compact size in our range, suitable when you want to ship small, temperature-sensitive products chilled without unnecessary packaging volume. Also called collapsible cooler or insulated box.

What is the 300 x 200 x 200 mm insulated box suitable for?

With a capacity of approximately 12 liters, this size is intended for small shipments: individual meals, samples, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics or a single portion of fresh fish or meat. Popular in e-commerce, food delivery and pharma where packages must remain small and lightweight.

4-layer or 6-layer insulated envelope?

The number of layers determines the insulation value. This is the 6-layer version: with extra insulation for longer transit times, hot days or frozen shipping (down to -20 °C). For standard chilled transport, often the 4-layer version is sufficient.
