50 mm wall: a different class of insulation

Where the smaller sizes have a 30 to 35 mm wall, this box goes to 50 mm. That makes a considerable difference to cooling time: with the same load, a 50 mm box keeps the contents within range roughly one and a half to two times as long as a thin-walled one. For shipments that sit overnight or cross a border, that is the difference between arriving and being rejected.
