Insulated liner 25 x 35 cm, 2-layer: compact thermal bag with adhesive strip
A small shipment, but it still has to arrive cool. The insulated liner 25 x 35 cm, also called a thermal bag, cool bag or isothermal bag, is the entry size in our range. The bag is made of insulating foam with a reflective outer film. The whole inside is white. The opening is on the short side: fill it, press the adhesive strip shut, done.
When to choose 2-layer
The 2-layer version is the thinnest and lightest in the range. It gives enough insulation for same-day and next-day shipments, without the weight and volume of a heavier bag, and so without the extra shipping cost. If you have longer transit times or high outside temperatures, choose the 4-layer or 6-layer in the same size.

How to build the package
Put the product in the bag, add an ice pack or gel pack for the cooling capacity, press the strip shut and place the bag in your shipping box. The bag does not produce cold. It holds the cold that your coolant gives off. Shipping medicines or samples under GDP? Add a temperature data logger and you have proof of the chain.
Applications
Medicines, vaccines and diagnostic samples in pharma. Chocolate, cheese and fresh specialities in food. Cosmetics and small e-commerce orders that must not arrive lukewarm.
