Insulated liner 70 x 70 cm, 2-layer: largest square thermal bag
The insulated liner 70 x 70 cm is the largest size in the 2-layer line, also called a thermal bag, cool bag or isothermal bag. The square format folds around standard crates and 600 × 400 mm boxes, with enough overlap to fold the top shut. The bag is made of insulating foam with a reflective outer film. The whole inside is white.
When to choose 2-layer
The 2-layer version is the thinnest and lightest in the range. It gives enough insulation for same-day and next-day shipments, without the weight and volume of a heavier bag, and so without the extra shipping cost. At large volumes, that weight difference per shipment shows up directly in your freight costs. If you have longer transit times or high outside temperatures, choose the 4-layer or 6-layer in the same 70 × 70 size.

How to build the package
Put the load in the bag, add ice packs for the cooling capacity, at this volume several, spread over the top so the cold air sinks downwards. Press the strip shut and place the bag in your crate or shipping box.

Crates of fresh food, meat and fish, fruit and vegetable shipments and flowers. In pharma for wholesale deliveries and pallet transport at crate level.
