Insulated liner 30 x 45 cm, 2-layer: the standard size for chilled e-commerce
The insulated liner 30 x 45 cm is the most chosen size for chilled webshop orders, also called a thermal bag, cool bag or isothermal bag. The elongated format follows the base of a standard shipping box, so hardly any air space is left. The bag is made of insulating foam with a reflective outer film. The whole inside is white.
When to choose 2-layer
The 2-layer version is the thinnest and lightest in the range. It gives enough insulation for same-day and next-day shipments, without the weight and volume of a heavier bag, and so without the extra shipping cost. If you have longer transit times or high outside temperatures, choose the 4-layer or 6-layer version.

How to build the package
Put the product in the bag, add an ice pack or gel pack for the cooling capacity, press the strip shut and place the bag in your shipping box. The bag does not produce cold. It holds the cold that your coolant gives off. Shipping under GDP? Add a temperature data logger and you have proof of the chain.
