Insulated liner 25 x 35 cm – 4-layer with silver foil, short-side opening

This insulated liner has been developed for insulating compact shipments such as lab samples, medicines, cosmetics, and smaller food products. The opening is on the short side, allowing products to be easily inserted into the bag from above — convenient for narrower, upright packaging.

The 4-layer construction with reflective silver foil slows down external heat and helps keep the temperature inside the packaging stable during transport. In practice, the product is placed in the insulated liner, and the liner is then placed in a cardboard box or shipping bag.

Use in combination with gel packs

For best performance, the insulated liner is combined with gel packs. Place the gel pack on top of the product, because cold air sinks, and fill the bag as completely as possible so that little air remains. Thanks to the opening on the short side, the bag remains upright during filling.
