Ice pack sheet 280 x 400 mm: large cooling sheet for volume and base coverage

With 24 cells over 28 × 40 cm, this is the largest sheet in the series, designed for large boxes and volume shipments. Place it as a base or top layer in a shipping box or EPS box to cool multiple products flat at once. This cooling sheet, also known as an ice pack XL, gel mat or cooling sheet, is the logical choice for wholesalers and food shippers with larger orders.

How to use it

You receive the sheets flat and empty, saving a great deal of storage space. Immerse the sheet in water for 5 to 10 minutes until the cells have swollen into a firm gel mat, then freeze it, suitable for use from −5 °C to −80 °C. Even after freezing, the sheet remains flexible and can easily be torn into smaller sections along the perforation.
