This foldable thermal box combines a cardboard outer box of 400 x 300 x 200 mm with a separate 4-layer insulated liner, 70 x 40 cm with the opening on the long side. Its low height makes it a handy size for flat or smaller shipments that need to go chilled.

What is the 400 x 300 x 200 mm thermal box suitable for?

With about 24 litres of capacity, this box suits smaller food orders (meals, fish, meat, cheese), medicines or several small products side by side. The low shape works when you want to pack things lying flat instead of stacking.

4-layer or 6-layer insulated liner?

The number of layers sets the insulation value. This is the 4-layer version: the standard choice for chilled transport and short to medium transit times. Shipping further, in warm weather or deep-frozen? Then look at the 6-layer version with extra insulation.
