Packaging for air freight: ULD and pallet level insulation

Cooled Solutions supplies thermal covers and insulation materials for the international air freight industry. Our products are used daily by KLM Cargo, Lufthansa Cargo, Emirates SkyCargo and Singapore Airlines for temperature-sensitive cargo.

ULD thermal covers (LD3, LD6, PMC)

Thermal covers for all common ULDs such as LD3, LD6 and PMC units. They protect pallets against temperature swings during apron handling and in the cargo hold.

EURO and US pallet covers

Standard EURO pallet (120×80 cm) and US pallet (120×100 cm) thermal covers. Straight from stock. A double layer version gives extra insulation during long transports.

Combination with base sheet

For strict temperature control, combine thermal covers with an insulated base sheet. It closes off the weakest spot in the insulation, which matters for pharma air freight.
